What’s the movie about?
In the comedy “Why Him?”, loving father Ned (Bryan Cranston), his wife Barb (Megan Mullally) and their 15-year-old son Scotty (Griffin Gluck) visit their mutual daughter Stephanie (Zoey Deutch) during the vacations. Stephanie is a college student and has a boyfriend. The boyfriend’s name is Laird (James Franco) and he’s loaded. The very cranky but good-natured Laird wants to impress his future father-in-law by all means, while Ned tries to protect his daughter from him and stop the upcoming wedding.
