What’s the movie about?
For Rafe (Griffin Gluck), there’s nothing better in life than drawing comic book characters in his sketchbook and bringing them to life in his wild imagination. If only everything else were that easy! His mother’s new boyfriend Jules (Lauren Graham) doesn’t seem to like him at all and would like to get rid of him, and then Rafe gets into a new school that has it all. Principal Dwight (Andrew Daly) runs a strict regime and doesn’t tolerate anything that could be even remotely fun. It comes as it must come: Rafe is caught red-handed drawing illegally. When his little works of art are confiscated and then destroyed, the situation escalates. An end to school dictatorship!
