What’s the movie about?
Around Mother’s Day, the stories of several mothers take their course, intertwined in different ways. Sandy (Jennifer Aniston) is a single parent and has to cope with the fact that her ex-husband Henry (Timothy Olyphant) is getting remarried and his bride, in her early 20s, is much younger than she is, that even her own sons are getting ideas. Jesse (Kate Hudson) and Gabi (Sarah Chalke), on the other hand, have been hiding some juicy details of their lives from their parents for years, and a sudden visit puts them in a spot of bother to explain. Successful TV presenter Miranda (Julia Roberts), on the other hand, seems to have banished love from her life – she’d rather sell magic stones to her customers. They all have to find new ways to spend a harmonious Mother’s Day and get their lives back on track.
