What’s the movie about?
Matt Sullivan (Josh Hartnett) is recently single and seeks his pleasure in sex adventures. But his emotional emptiness remains. His brother John (Adam Trese), who is a catholic priest, suggests him to simply give up sex for 40 days and 40 nights. Matt tries to accomplish this almost impossible task. But when his friends get wind of the matter, they try to seduce him by all means. In the meantime, Matt has met the attractive Erica (Shannyn Sossamon), who insists that he keeps his promise. Can Matt resist the temptations?
