What’s the movie about?
It’s supposed to be an unforgettable summer. After her high school graduation, wonderful days await Elle (Joey King) with her boyfriend Noah (Jacob Elordi) and her best friend Lee (Joel Courtney). But as carefree as the days are with sun, beach and lots of fun, an important decision is pressing: Elle must decide at which college she wants to study. The choice, however, depends not only on the reputation of the universities, but also on where her two favorite caregivers will start their future: Lee has chosen Berkley, while Noah will study at Harvard. Elle has been accepted by both universities and should consider herself lucky. Only a few young people can be happy about this starting position. But for Elle, it’s an emotional weighing: Who will she follow? Friendship or love? The decision causes a wild emotional chaos…
